How does sale work? 



I can't get past Step 1 or I can't add shirts to the cart.

Make sure you are picking an OPTION not the Category title. MENS STYLES, WOMENS STYLES, etc are NOT choices, that the is the title of the group. Pick Reg Men's, Women's Long Sleeves, etc...

You MUST allow cookies to be stored on your computer or we can't put shirts in the cart.  No program can.  Also, if you have a cookie blocker, turn that off.

How much are the t-shirts?

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders ship out within 2-3 business days, unless you pick UPS or Priority mail then it ships out the next business day. Will be there in about 2-5 days afterwards We will e-mail you a tracking number when it ships (check your spam folder if you don't get it). If you need your order fast, use UPS or Priority Shipping. Priority and UPS is shipped out the next business day. For international orders, it can take 1-4 weeks to get there. It has been shipped...and will get there soon....


Depending on your delivery location, country, and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Bad Idea T Shirts, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. This is something beyond our control. We can not mark it as a gift.

I want to send as a gift, can I?

Our receipts, don't include prices. You don't need to do anything special. Marking as a gift for overseas purchase doesn't avoid taxes.

What is a regular tee? What is the difference between reg tees and American Apparel.

Regular tees are just like most tees out there. They are made by Gildan. American Apparel is a SUPER SOFT cotton that is more of a slimmer fit. I normally wear 1 size larger when i wear American Apparel. Check the size chart for your size. These are pre shrunk shirts. Most are 100% cotton. What is a women's casual tee? What is the difference between women's casual tees and a baby doll.

Women's causal is more like a men's regular tee but cut for womens.  A baby doll is more of a for fitted tee with a tighter fit.

Are the shirts good quality?

Yes!! We use 100% cotton, heavy duty t-shirts (Ash is 90/10 due to the blend). The designs are professionally silk screened. Most of the men's reg shirts are Gildan up to 5xl.  

What methods of payment can I use?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Do you have a catalogue you can send me?

Sorry, since we offer over 1100 designs and are constantly adding new designs, a catalog would be obsolete right away. For this reason our assortment can only be viewed on-line. Click here to see our full assortment of designs.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Bad Idea T-shirts will accept unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Sometimes we make a mistake and will always do our best to make it right..

Why do you charge sales tax in my state?

Most states now require us to collect sales tax. We do so by law.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes, our shirts are pre-shrunk and TRUE TO SIZE, you can check out our size charts by clicking here.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes, we have a great wholesale program, with as little as a 100 shirt minimum. Click here for details

How much are your shipping charges?

Shipping is $4.99 for 1 shirt, with smaller increases as shirts go into cart. We also offer international shipping for a standardized additional cost based on USPS current rates. UPS and USPS/international costs are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship all over the world. If you do not see your area listed, we don't ship to you at this time.

There is a issue with my order. How do I get it fixed?

Can I cancel and order once it has been processed and paid for?

Sorry, the system is automated and all orders go into processing immediately. With thousands of orders, it would be impossible to track it down during production. You are welcome to use our return/exchange program once you have received your order.

What is your policy for return/exchanges for Halloween Costumes?

We only accept size exchanges for the same costume up to two weeks prior to Halloween after that all sales are final. Absolutely NO REFUNDS. I am sure you understand why. We discount our costumes and must maintain this policy to keep cost LOW.

Do you "buy" design ideas for your site?

We do not pay for design ideas, but if you feel you have a good idea, please feel free to send it to us at and DESIGN IDEA in the subject line. We might make it, if we think it has legs.
